FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR
After a decade of experience working in agencies and as part of in-house marketing teams, Lara founded Bean Creative in 2022. She combines her creativity and media and influencer know-how to build and deliver powerful campaigns tailored to individual client needs. She knows what it takes to get brands seen by the right people, in the right place, at the right time, and she has a proven track record of exceeding KPIs in line with budgets. She’s also FREAKISHLY organised.

SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE
Lara is a final year Bournemouth University student, studying Marketing Communications and Public Relations. Experienced in creating engaging content for both B2B and B2C brands and never short of ideas, Lara plays an important role in making sure our clients meet their social media goals. When she's not buried in textbooks and campaigns, you'll find Lara with her two energetic spaniels or pursuing her passion for fitness.

As Bean Creative's head of pup-lick relations, Milo plays an integral role in creating a positive company culture with his pleasant disposition and empathy. Always the first to greet clients at the door, he knows exactly what to do to gain their trust, confidence and eventually their hearts.
